Daddy had to work Saturday, emalyn and I decided to road trip it to Boerne for a visit... It's been a while since we have seen everyone!
All ready to go!
I had two bags of stuff resdy to entertain her on the drive since we don't take morning naps anymore...
As soon as we started moving...
We went and met pop for an oil chance and Em was really excited for a snack!
We met aunt Christie and Mimi for lunch at our favorite restaurant (can you guess?)
Emalyn really really enjoys holding Penny's leash and got in the habit of walking her stuffed puppy while we stayed with my parents earlier this summer. Unfortunately she has moved onto live subjects for her game :/

We had a great visit and got back just in time to have dinner at some friends house when we got back. I was trying to get a good picture and it didn't really happen, but all the dads were outside with the kids running around...
That Sunday we went out on the boat again! Tubing has become a great way to break up the ride for the kiddos! We were excited the Vaughan's were able to come out with is this time. Our friends Lance and Anna Ruth were also there but I have a tendency to only take picture a of the kids... I should work on that!
