Orientation Week Fun

Henley has learned to move pretty quickly and Emalyn is very intrigued.  We went to the pool with the vaughan's Sunday and Emalyn followed Henley around for quite a while!

We all took a bath.  I know Hudson and Henley are used to it but this is the first one Emalyn has had a friend other than a ducky in the bath with her!  She was a little confused. 

I can't believe how old Emalyn is looking these days!  Something about shorts and a shirt...

She had a REALLY good time laughing with herself in the mirror the other day before we hung it in the wall in the play room.

Apparently we are interested in gymnastics!  On the cement patio no less!

Emalyn learned how to climb onto our bed... So she thinks she can do anything!

Emalyn is also really into FaceTime right now, so if you ever want to talk to this face... Call anytime!  I can't promise she will talk for long, and if you have dogs, they are way more important to her than you are, but call us anyways!

Lesikar Family Graduation Party

This weekend we drove to Columbus for one last full weekend before Craig starts on Monday.  

This was leaving Luby's and driving out of town Friday,  Emalyn was so excited about the balloon she wouldn't eat.

A bunch of the extended Lesikar clan as well as Granny & Papaw Lilie, Kenton, Beverly and the boys all came for some great food and fellowship!  We were celebrating Aaron and Rachel graduating and heading to A&M in the fall (whoop!), Kara and Maddie graduating from Texas A&M in May, and Craig graduating medical school!

Sunday morning Cici taught me about the garden.  I took my job very seriously...

I have to add that Emalyn helped pick and snap green beans from the garden and literally ate platefuls of them afterwards (haven't been able to get her to touch a green bean in months).  Cici sent more home with us and it is the thing she is most excited about on her whole plate! Cici must grow some crazy good vegetables! 

We had such a wonderful weekend with family!  Now residency... Here we come!

Boating with Friends

With a couple of open weeks before the guys officially started this week, we took advantage of my parents letting us use their boat up here on Lake Belton!  We took a trip with Nathan, April, Harper and Paul first...
